While the check-in process felt a bit clumsy, checkout was seamless. The highlight of my mornings was the breakfast; the Idli and Vada served hot were a delicious start to the day. The room itself was spacious, featuring effective air conditioning and clean linen, though the towels could use some attention. I had a pleasant sleep on the comfortable mattress, with adequate cupboard space for my belongings. Wi-Fi quality fluctuated initially but stabilized after a day. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive, ensuring my room remained tidy. While the location requires a bit of travel to major tourist spots and the price is reasonable compared to Mumbai's rates, Itsy Hotels Heraa International offers a solid balance between comfort and cost, making it a practical choice for budget-savvy travelers who still want a touch of luxury.
